And needless to add, we have always kept"User" at the core.User Centered Design at Proteans is expanding and weare hiring one User Interface Designer for ourBangalore location.The job role demands:* Knowledge of User research methods to understanduser goals, tasks and taskflows.* Ability to detail down interactions with hisknowledge of Use cases, E-R and DFD diagrams.* Ability to quick prototype with paper, power pointand other relevant design softwares.* Good knowledge of graphic design principles and animpeccable aesthetic sense.* Creativity.What it does not demand:* HTML, CSS, VB coding. An ideal person for the job should have:* A Bachelors' or a Masters' level design educationwith emphasis on usability. (We prefer IITians thoughthat's not just. We actually believe in smart peopleand there is no denial that you can't find themeverywhere.)* 1-2 years of experience in design of softwareproducts and applications.
